To
further my education, I took many classes from Dan Garvey,
the co-founder of Headliners Skin & Hair Care, Inc. Dan
is also founder and CEO of Academy Salon Information Systems,
an innovative international education company. Dan teaches
“ The Complimentary Body Angle”. It is the cutting
edge of designing complimentary haircuts to complement any
body shape.
In January 1999, I enrolled in the American Crew Menswork
Academy in Boulder, Colorado. Through Menswork, American Crew
teaches a focused, male specific method for cutting hair.
From
there, I entered a Classic Course at the Vidal Sassoon Educating
Center, in Miami Florida. Sassoon Academy believes that education
is the key to a Rewarding and progressive career. This class
allowed me to perfect my technical and creative skills
in the area of cutting.
